What we keep
Our games never receive your name, profile photo, email address or friends list. We keep:
- the player ID that Facebook creates for each game;
- your progress, scores, times and settings;
- on our game server: leaderboard entries, daily challenge results, daily race replays and a short progress summary.

Ask us to delete it

Find your Player ID
Open the game, tap the gear icon to open Settings, and note the Player ID shown near the bottom (for example “Player ID: 1234…5678”). We do not store names or Facebook accounts, so this ID is how we find your records.

Email us
Send the game name and your Player ID to admin@aura-cloud-ai.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We delete and confirm
Within 30 days we delete every record on our server linked to that Player ID (player record, scores, daily results and replays) and reply to confirm. After confirming, we delete your email too, keeping only a note that the request was completed.
Remove the game from Facebook
You can also disconnect a game from your Facebook account at any time. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose the Instant Games tab, select Bubble Fish or Tile Voyage and remove it. Menu names can differ between versions of the Facebook app. Progress that Facebook stores for the game is handled under Meta's Privacy Policy. Removing the game does not delete records on our server, so send us the email above as well if you want everything gone.
